Current Waitlist Information

Our programs are currently in high demand with an approximate 2-year waitlist for most age groups. We encourage families to join our waitlist as early as possible.

Important Notes:

  • Due to the length of our waitlist, tours are not conducted until a spot is confirmed
  • We contact families directly when a space becomes available
  • After submitting your waitlist application, you’ll receive an email confirmation

  1. Complete the online form through the “Join Our Waitlist” button
  2. Receive confirmation of your application by email
  3. Stay informed by updating your contact information if it changes
  4. Respond promptly when contacted about an available space

Enrolment Process

When a space becomes available for your child, we will guide you through these next steps:

  1. Confirmation call/email from our Executive Director
  2. Registration paperwork completion
  3. Registration fee payment ($10, non-refundable)
  4. Deposit payment ($300, applied to your final bill upon withdrawal)
  5. Orientation visit to meet your child’s educators and see their classroom
  6. Gradual entry plan development (if needed) to ease your child’s transition

Tuition & Fees

Brock ELC is proud to be enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) program, which reduces childcare costs for families.

Fee Structure:

  • Registration Fee: $10 (one-time, non-refundable)
  • Deposit: $300 (refundable, applied to final bill)
  • Monthly Tuition:
    • Toddler (18 months to 30 months): $506/month
    • Preschool (30 months to 4 years): $453.22/month
    • FDK before and after care (3 years to 6 years): $436.52
    • FDK before care: $298.27
    • FDK after care: $298.27
    • School Age before and after care (6 years to 10 years): $700.55
    • School age before care: $425.55
    • School age after care: $425.55
    • School age summer camp (6 years to 12 years): $1001.00 monthly

*Brock Early Learning Centre is closed the last two weeks of August. Dates will coincide with the beginning of the school year. Families will not be charged for this closure as it is a voluntary closure in order for the classrooms to prepare the transition for the coming school year.
